10:30-11:15 a.m. 

WEDNESDAY (Ages 12 months-4 years)
10:30-11:15 a.m. 

Since most activities are partner oriented, families are encouraged to have a caregiver present for each child registered if possible (not required). 
Siblings under 12 months may attend at no cost. 

Session 1 Cost (6 classes):
One child (Tuition & Registration Fee): $157.00
Sibling, 12 mos. & up (Discounted tuition): $118.00

In consideration of my (and/or my child’s) participation in early education classes offered by The Suzuki Music School of Lincoln Park, I hereby release and discharge the Suzuki Music School of Lincoln Park, and its owner, representatives, successors, and assigns, from any and all liability arising from accident, injury, and illness that I (he/she) may suffer as a result of my (our) participation. I (we) will also follow the early childhood education Studio Policy set by the Suzuki Music School of Lincoln Park and above named parties.
